Hello :) I'm Nick, I'm an experienced school cleaner and caretaker available to work mornings and early afternoons in domestic properties.
I'm Enhanced DBS checked, and fully insured. I've been trained in COSHH (hazardous chemicals), equipment and ladder use, asbestos and legionella awareness.
Services
Regular domestic cleaning, including spring and deep cleans. Ovens and hard-to-reach areas no problem. Experienced in decluttering and supporting hoarders, and working with people with additional needs.
I'm also happy to undertake general caretaking work - odd jobs, painting/decorating and basic garden/yard care and clearance.
Prices
Basic rate is £15 per hour. I bring all my own equipment and cleaning products. A small mileage charge may be required for smaller jobs outside Exeter area.
